supriya--> yup, i missed that part... sorry! :-)
and good to see that ypou haven't left when you threatened to do... lol! otherwise i'd have missed your sharpness.
the muck never settles on one who's constantly ready to shake it off and move forward :-)
now now... don't think i elevated you to eliot's height - just related the content, that's all. don't glide over the small words in my comment like "seemed a bit like"!! ;-))
but glad to know you consider me an "intelligent reader"... makes my non-existant halo glow a shade brighter... he he!!
i like it when the pleasure of writing and reading is a vibrant two-way street... hope we can keep it that way :-))
well, well... the last three comments were EXACTLY about the point this blog is NOT about, IMO!
in there i agree with bilingual completely - this blog is FULL of possibilities... and how! :-D
what i read here seemed a bit like reading t.s. eliot's literary criticism essays - only written in a 180 degree different style!
an emotionally-intelligent way of expressing the idea of being overwhelmed by the power of words when put together in a precise manner. only if one can continue holding the taut precision intact for a long enough time... very few can achieve that, according to me.
what i find remarkable about your writing is you know exactly how to convert an otherwise "dry" intellectual topic into a mass-speaker by incorporating the familiar/sentimental appeal (eg. by using a fellow blogger's persona).
interesting technique :)
ha ha... that was one hell oif a rant!! couldn't get a few at all (don't worry, no need to explain) - but i know the feeling of feeling such "hate"-fulness at the world and the people in it...
cool down, but don't lose the spirit!! :-)
yeah, lol.. googled his name just the same. found a clue ;)
was anybody saying "fact or fiction"? i think i can guess now... but i wouldn't mind being proven wrong - either way! this is exciting stuff...
Jaijui,Anne-g and Shail.......had me tagged ,bagged and gagged,,,,,
nice way of answering with the pictures.
the answers in themselves were too "typical", by the way.
