lucky raindrop, sighed my jealous heart

How sweet

hello sceptic!

thanks for recommending!

i'm all for optimism and looking ahead to the future!

but this was just my take on the reality of a lot of women - mothers included - in our society... a life spent trying to fit in, adjust, accomodate, sacrifice, be abused, lead a peripheral and marginalised existence ... vis-a-vis the glorified divinified mother-india or hallmark-card kind!

i guess it's a generic "scream" against shallow mothers' day effusiveness - nothing more sinister or pathetic, don't worry!! :-)

do stop by again! :-))

Hullo EW

What good is lamentation or recrimination?  To build a life a new foundation is not needed.  A forward looking stance and resolve to give the past a final burial is the stuff on which derailed lives are not just put back on rails but brought to the take off point for a flight into the future.

Cheers
